Mike Harrison is a craniosacral therapist in private practice and a graduate of the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London. He is also a visiting tutor at the College, and is married with two grown-up children.
Craniosacral therapy
is the engagement of the body's natural capacity to restore health. It
uses a very gentle touch to both assess and treat dysfunction, light
contacts being taken up at any part of the body as appropriate to the
case. Through a subtle interaction, disturbances in the body's
craniosacral rhythm are identified and corrected.
Sports and remedial massage
is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body by a trained
therapist as part of a holistic therapeautic treatment. Massage can
also be combined with other forms of therapy.
Mike Harrison is a graduate of the College of
Craniosacral Therapy in London, He is also a visiting turor at the
College.
Mike is a registered practioner of sports and remedial massage is
private practice, and trained at the London School of Sports Massage
(one of only three recognised by the British Olympic Committee).
He has run courses in Equine craniosacral therapy at Writtle College in Essex.
